It is of upmost importance that all your addresses and personal data is kept strictly confidential. Data is exchanged via secure channels, once your order has been completed the data is deleted and only the employees entrusted with address management have access to that data.
It is quite normal for gaps and incongruities to occur in address databases in everyday life. This can be, for example, an incorrect country code, a missing digit in a postcode, errors in the form of address or simply duplicates. When we process your addresses, we take a close look and consult with you if we notice anything.
If there are returns, we will of course be happy to pass that information on to you.
