Monitoring and transparency in the KOMM Service Portal (KSP)

When we start working together, we will set up a customized KOMM Service Portal (KSP) for you. You can think of the portal as a portal for your printed matter, marketing materials and goods. You can see the current stock of your articles at any time. You can filter the items according to your categories, variants, prices, units and see detailed descriptions and additional information. The KSP is directly linked to our production and logistics.

You can use the portal to order your items individually, combine them and have us send them to the distribution groups you have defined in the address management system. For example, you can quickly and efficiently supply your locations, dealers or branches with your personalized marketing and event materials. As you can always keep an eye on the stock of your materials, you can replenish them in good time.

You can also use the KSP as a booking and reservation tool for your exhibition stand or event equipment.

This enables you to implement individual marketing measures and handle sales-oriented direct marketing campaigns.

You can access this portal via your own URL, your intranet or directly via the KOMM Services website. Each access is protected by a login. We can create several user groups for you with differently adjustable access rights and an order history for each user.
